Hello Blue Fins,

The end of the season is already here, as we have NSSL Championships at Springdale on Monday 7/20 and Tuesday 7/21!  We have 108 swimmers attending champs this year, and I'm looking forward to seeing some fast swimming over the next couple of days.  

I've attached the finalized Info Packet that outlines team areas, warm up times, session start times, and more.  I've also attached the flyer for the Duck Race. 

For AM warm ups on Monday, we received an extremely early time and I've decided that we'll swim at our pool between 7 - 7:45 AM.  We'll have a coach there and they'll be able to walk you through a quick 15-20 minute warm up when you arrive.  I'd like everyone in the AM session to arrive at Springdale by 8:15 AM for the open sprints.  That way everyone can get some starts off the blocks and get their stroke counts down for backstroke.  

I'm still waiting to receive the psych sheet and heat sheet for prelim sessions, and will forward that out once I receive it.  Results will not be posted in Swimtopia immediately for this meet, and will be posted physically at Springdale.
