Happy Spring! We hope this message finds you well and excited for the upcoming 2026 season—and the opening of the new BARC outdoor pool!

As we continue building a positive and competitive experience for our swimmers, we are currently seeking a Head Swim Team Coach to lead the Blue Ash Blue Fins into our next chapter. This is a vital role in our program—one that shapes not only strong swimmers, but confident, team-oriented young athletes.

We’re also excited to share that the Blue Ash Recreation Center has hired a new Assistant Coach, Isabelle Shade. We’re thrilled to welcome Isabelle to the Blue Fins community and look forward to the energy and expertise she will bring. We are also grateful that our wonderful Kelly Brielmaier will be returning again this season!

About the Role & Our Program:
The Head Coach sets the tone for the entire season—cultivating a positive, energetic, and inclusive environment where swimmers can develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy a rewarding summer experience. This highly visible leadership role oversees the operations of our seasonal team, which includes approximately 200–220 swimmers and competes in the NSSL. Practices will take place in our new, beautiful outdoor 25-meter pool.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in competitive swimming and/or coaching
• Passion for developing youth athletes of all skill levels
• Commitment to sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive team culture
• Strong communication, energy, and leadership skills
