Good morning Blue Ash Blue Fins Family,

Volunteer sign ups are now open for all events and meets for the entire season. Each family needs to sign up for 3 meet volunteer shifts and either a special activity or championships volunteer shift. Please sign up for all of your shifts by June 10th. Volunteer shifts do not include any donations (food, drinks, money, or other) made throughout the season.

-Only volunteer for an age group helper shift if you have a child in that age group.

-If you are an experienced family and you know you will be attending championships, please volunteer for a championships volunteer shift since those are always the last shifts to fill.

-We are looking for Volunteer Coordinators!! If your kids love to swim and you would like to fulfill all 4 of your volunteer shifts for the season, consider volunteering as the home meet assistant volunteer coordinator or the away meet assistant volunteer coordinator. This position will work with the volunteer coordinator to make sure all Blue Ash Blue Fin parent volunteers are present and have what they need (i.e. clipboards, heat sheets, highlighters, stopwatches) to fulfill their duties during the meet.
