We finished a great regular season yesterday at Norwood, finally feeling the summer weather we have been waiting for! Now for our goal meet of the season - NSSL Championships! Please see below for important information about champs.

• Monday, July 17th - 10 & Under warm-up: 7:15-7:45am at St. Bernard. We were given an extra lane, so we will all warm-up together at their pool. Meet starts at 9:00am.
• 11 & Over warm-up: 3:45-4:15pm at St. Bernard. Meet starts at 4:30pm.
• Tuesday, July 18th - All ages warm-up: 11:30-12:00pm at St. Bernard. Meet starts at 1:30pm.
• For those of you new to NSSL Champs - please note the warm-ups are many times much earlier than the meet start. This is to accommodate the number of swimmers and the 6 lane pool at St. Bernard. Please be on time for warm-ups as we will not have additional time in the water and it creates a team atmosphere to have all of us warming up together.
• A few rules to remember that officials want us to be mindful of: no tie-back suits, no KT tape (even with a dr's note), no tech suits for 10 & unders, no swim shirts or anything with sleeves. I have reminded the swimmers, but please note there will not be make-ups for missed events. Swimmers need to be at clerk-of-course on time and step on the block when their event is called. 
• Attached is the meet packet with parking maps and other important meet information. Please read through and familiarize yourself with the layout of the meet and parking. There will be two spots to take the shuttle from and other smaller lots within walking distance. Please plan your commute accordingly!
• Also attached are our preliminary entries. All entries are done with the team goal of scoring the most points. If you see an error please email me ASAP - we have until Friday morning to make any changes or fix any errors. There are some custom (aka made-up!) times due to swimming in a meters pool, don't worry about that! There are also some swimmers in more than two individual events. This may change based on relay placements.
• Finally, the preliminary relay names are attached. Final relay spots will be based directly on times and will be announced by the coaches on Monday via email. All swimmers are expected to swim if they are placed on a relay as it is an honor to represent the team! These spots are subject to change. Reminder - all relays are Tuesday EXCEPT the 8 & under Freestyle relay. 8 & under free relays will be announced after the freestyle events during the Monday AM session.
