Below is the link for our Coaches in Training sign-ups. A few guidelines before you sign your 11 & over swimmers up to volunteer.

• Volunteers must be 11 years old or older, unless otherwise approved by a coach
• When a swimmers signs up for a slot, they are expected to stay for the entire practice time and come in a swimsuit - they may be in or out of the water, but we would like them in suits to help where needed.
• Swimmers are welcome to volunteer with friends, but they should be assisting the coaches for the entire practice and should not use the time as a social activity.
• The coaching staff will lead the practice and the CIT's will assist as needed. As we progress in the season, we may allow individual volunteers to work one-on-one with swimmers, but this will be after they understand how to teach.
